However, there are also many \"photogenic Instagram caf\u00e9s\" and small coffee stands, so just looking at Google Maps often doesn't tell you whether a place is suitable for working.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this article, I \u2014 a Chiang Mai resident \u2014 introduce nomad-friendly caf\u00e9s that meet the following criteria. I visited over 40 places and carefully selected these recommendations!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My personal hidden gem \u2014 a caf\u00e9 I almost don't want to share with others. You can work comfortably in a traditional Lanna-style building, and the access from the Old City is excellent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I especially recommend the 2nd-floor seating. Wide desks and an open, airy space allow you to concentrate on your work. The chairs are sturdy and comfortable even after long hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When you need a break, you can refresh yourself at the outdoor seats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Wi-Fi speed is fast \u2014 absolutely no complaints.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On weekdays, it's rarely crowded except around lunchtime. Definitely give it a try!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
