A highlight here is Tok Sen, a traditional northern Thai massage using a wooden mallet and peg. The vibrations create a deeply relaxing effect — a must-try in Chiang Mai.

What is Tok Sen?
Tok Sen uses the vibrations generated by tapping to loosen muscle tension.

This improves blood and lymph circulation, stimulates the nervous system, and activates cells throughout the body.

The vibrations reach deep into the body, relieving even stubborn knots and deep tension.
